I took a chance and tried a hand at Resin Pouring this past weekend. I was pleasantly surprised of the outcome.
I took the casts to work and a co-worker who does a lot of pours himself asked what resin I used because he couldn't believe how nice it turned out (even without a pressure chamber - aka debubbler.)

I knew my Resin 3D Printer I can make molds with it, but I purchased a silicone mold for testing and playing around. I like it and my co-worker told me to heat up the resin and hardener in separate cups within warm water and the bubbles will more or less go away on there own - that I'd only need the vacuum chamber on larger projects like what he creates.
all in all - Fun new Hobby (of which I have WAY too many and don't have time for them all)!
