My previous messge brought to mind the official Mystic documentation over at g00r00's website.

I recall adept asking about how to go about getting an account on the wiki there so she could contribute content there.

While I do like wikis for such things, that does present a bit of an issue
for the maintainers - who to allow edit/author privileges and how this can be seamlessly accommodated.

Once idea that floated by in my mind was what about a git repo (ala Gitea or GitHub or Gitlab or SourceHut, etc.) maintained wiki? Each of those systems support wikis as separate repos independent of the base repo, and affords anyone the ability to issue PRs which can be edited/merged by the devs/maintainers of the repo?

Ah... just thinking outloud here. Nevermind me :)

Very good point - I'd love to get access to add some linux troubleshooting content on there. I ran into all sorts of problems with the SSH daemon, TCP port selection etc. Would be great to get all that documented in a central place. Right now, there is tons of great info but it's all buried in the message bases :)

Yeah, I can understand this. Plus he'd need to be careful who can add/edit and the quality of the documentation they are adding.

    Cheers,
    Mike
