IIRC, I also set up "ping", so you can send a ping@ to my hub or my bbsand you
should get a reply back pretty quickly...

For Synchronet, I did nothin' - discovered sbbsecho does that by itself. (Although I sent your BBS a ping and havent got a reply yet... hmm....)
