FCOMP is a tool to compare two files, to see if they are different and if so,
where. The files are compared in blocks of 200 bytes.  
FCOMP expects two filenames on the command line, a block from the first file
will be displayed on the left of the screen and a block from the second file
will be displayed on the right.
You can scroll through both files simultaneously or scroll one independent of 
the other in steps of 200,

FILE FINDER/GROUPER is the best file finder!
Use multiple date/time/size/day-of-week,
ranges, attrib., text as criteria to find or
exclude files and group them for subsequent
processing. Search in ZIP/ARC/LZH/ARJ.  All
or specified drives. Use *abc* wild cards.
Create database of files. Execute files or
arbitrary DOS command for each. Use relative
date/time.  Output is user configurable.
