    I had electronics class 3 hours per day for my last two years of highschool. This was 1971-73 so only tubes and transistors... no LEDs or anything even remotely modern. The personal computer did not exist so there were no computer classes...

    Good thing I have always LOVED to read... that's how I learned what little I know about computers... that and BBSing. :)

    you're still lucky to have that. i'm pretty sure that was all phased out shortly afterwards.

    for me i had computer labs in school and that's where i got my love of old computers. we'd do stupid things on the old apple computers. it was really a waste of time.

    we didn't even touch any ibm compat computers into the mid 90s.
