I have a downlink that has been complaining that he hasnt gotten any
mail so ive been looking into and just now saturday I wrote a test
message in micronet test and it did pack it for him, but today is
Saturday and look at the pkt name ..

Tuesday? I verified mm servers date and time to be correct, what would cause this? Could this be why I am not delivering mail to him?

Yes. Go into your links file or section, find the entry for that node and, under that entry, change:
packer zip
packer none
dailyBundles on

I have non of those statements in my hpt config, and all nodes are sent raw packets. It's just not worth it anymore, with linking via the internet.

Hmmm, I have not run into that issue. Best as I can tell, if
husky/hpt is worrking properly, the area/filefix requests don't show
up in netmail (or they are addressed to a user whose messages I don't see). Do they include an error message in the text?
