The voter fraud machines are certainly alive and well, with the media playing cover with fake polls showing the Democrats "ahead".

That's completely different. It's not being paid into a HSA account. It's not to help with the subsidies the republicans let expire for people who need it. The payments are going to people who need it the least. ACA enrollees who make more than 4x the poverty limit, or around $60,000 a year (as an individual. +$20K for each extra member of the household).
