Looks like Jack Smith is dropping all charges against Trump. Both the Documents case and the J6 case.

Senator Tom Cotton (AR) commented that Jack and should be worried about possible pending investigations to follow.

They were dismissed "without prejudice" as Trump will soon be a sitting President. "Without prejudice" means that the charges can be revived after Trump's term ends, so long as the statute of limitations has not expired.
