First, please tell me where it states only a licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist can administer an IQ test.

Now if we are talking about giving a legally binding diagnosis, or perscribing a course of treatment you would be correct, but administering a test for a chart? No dice.. Any Tom, Dick, or Harry could ask random strangers to take one from a web site, ask them their political affiliation, or if they Like or Dislike Trump and throw the numbers into Excel. Then it would be up to reader to accept, or reject the results..

Sorry to have taken you away from your Fox News sponsored indoctrination.

In all honesty.

It doesn't matter if the responses refuting the oringal post, were made by the "MAGA guy", a flat earther, or the Save The Whale foundation.

A) HIPAA doesn't apply.
B) IQ tests can only be administered by a member of the psychology, or medical professions.

Both are completely and utterly false! Professional titles may lend more weight depending on publication, but in all honesty for a BBS/Network feed the graph could have been made by for an schol science fair project, and as long as the sample pool was done using some sort of scientific method, were blind, and the conclusion was based on the data collected and unbiased. It as good as any other study.

If you want to gather your own evidence to refute it, more power to you. Don't just sit here and blow smoke.

My advise? Quit while you're behind.

While I am not surprised, I strongly suspect that most people who are
die-hard supporters of *ANY* politician in our country fall in the lower ranges. People who are smarter realize that their leaders are not perfect. People who are very smart realize that it has been a long time since either
of our two major parties have put anyone forward that deserves their unwaivering support.

Persons who believe they *have* to vote for one or the other bad choice
very certainly cannot rank too high on intelligence.
