In Citrus County there is a drop box... its at the Election office
inside the doorway and there is a worker sitting next to it to make
sure you don't stuff the box with several ballots and what not.

they? I think it would be more effective to trace every vote down to a registered voter, at least. Maybe we don't have to check who they voted for, but if we check whether or not they voted, that would give us a
total to match against how many ballots have been counted.
