    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Homemade Chicken Cordon Bleu
    Categories: Poultry, Pork, Cheese, Breads
    Yield: 2 servings

    2 Boned, skinned chicken
    - breast halves (6 oz ea)
    2 sl Deli ham
    2 sl Gruyere or Ementhal cheese
    1/4 c Butter; melted
    1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Paprika

    Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness; top each with ham
    and cheese. Roll up and tuck in ends; secure with
    toothpicks.

    Place butter in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl,
    combine the bread crumbs, salt and paprika. Dip chicken
    in butter then roll in crumb mixture.

    Transfer to a greased 8" square baking dish. Bake at
    350ºF/175ºC for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is no
    longer pink. Discard toothpicks.
