I ran in to a issue trying to run 16 bit doors under windows and this is how I fixed it.
1. Install ntvm
2. On the start menu I typed cmd and under the options tab I clicked on Use legacy. That fixed the issues and allows the 16 bit dos applications to run on Windows 32.
