Where are they coming from, do we know what tf they're even doing?

I've just experienced another after only like 3 or 4 months of dead silence...

Is there anything I can even do?

This flood usually has an effect until I type the old "sudo systemctl stop sbbs" and wait 5 minutes, it sucks....

Thank you. I implemented an idle disconnect time on login of 30 seconds, hopefully that's short enough, I also set the concurrent connection maximum to 5 instead of the default.

For which server? 5 wouldn't really make sense for the terminal server.

How do I change it for the other servers, is it not in the SCFG program? I could only find it for the terminal server...

I'm talking about maximum concurrent connections (the value you said you set to '5'). The maximum concurrent connections setting is also applicable and configurable in SCFG->Servers for the Web Server, FTP Server, and Mail Server.

Thank you. I implemented an idle disconnect time on login of 30 seconds,

You're probably expecting callers on PCs with fast connections. If, however, someone on an older computer and slower connection tries to call, they will likely have a hard time with only 30 seconds to log in :). You might not care about this, though.

Btw, if I remember right there is a separate idle time for undetected terminals or whatever. That's probably the one that would affect bot connections but also connections from stuff like Ataris or this C64 I'm currently on.
