When you run sbbs the following is logged:

SSH ERROR 'Couldn't import the session key used to protect the private key: Couldn't unwrap encrypted key' (-22) getting private key from bbs_thread
```

This appears if sbbs is run before scfg for the first time. The libcrypt.key is generated for the first run but after changing the sysop password, it is not updated.

Suggest either automatically regenerating the libcrypt.key or asking the sysop if they would like to and warn as to what happens if they don't.
