Hey all.. Probably been answered a million times.. I am using binkD with a
CNet Amiga board. I am trying to setup binkD with it, it receives files perfectly, but won't send anything.. It connects fine but doesn't send.. Everything is tossing etc. When I send files from my Mystic to the CNet the Cnet receives the files and the tosser tosses them. I have no problem if I can't send out files from the CNet as long as the Mystic can pick up the
files, which it doesn't seem to do either.. One thing I did notice is there
is not .bsy file or tell tale that there is something to be sent. Anyone have any ideas what might be going on??

Thanks Roman, yea that is set.. It's weird to me, there are files to be sent, but they never go out. I feel it has something to do with it not having a semaphore telling it there are files..

BinkD relies on a combo of two types of files to be created in order to know
1) what to send 2) the priority of what is to be sent.

It looks for Binkley style outbound files to be created.

The files to send are often compressed (e.g. ZIP) into an arcmail formatted file and that file has an associated flow file in the format of xxxxxxx.?lo file created also.

and also have a look at the FAQ posted in the Fidonet BinkD echoarea or
online :)

Always a pleasure asking you guys a question.. LOL Wasn't totally BinkD, was CNet also... Still having some issues but got it somewhat working.. This
stuff is making me remember why I got out of it 22 years ago! LOL STill
having fun though...
