    Dense overcast skies will dominate the morning hours across Connemara with patches of drizzle and light rain, particularly along western coasts and higher ground. Temperatures will start around 7-9?C in most areas, rising to 11-14?C by afternoon as skies gradually break to mostly cloudy or partly cloudy conditions. Winds will be fresh to strong from the west-southwest initially, veering north-northwest through the day and reaching 15-21 kph with gusts to 32-35 kph, strongest along exposed western coasts. Visibility will be reduced by fog patches early morning, especially in sheltered inland valleys.

    The morning drizzle will taper off by late morning, though western and northwestern areas may see occasional light showers continuing into early afternoon. Humidity will be high initially (85-95%) but will drop to 63-70% by late afternoon as drier air moves in. Coastal areas from Cleggan to Renvyle will experience the strongest winds and most persistent cloud, while inland areas around Oughterard and Maam Cross may see brighter spells developing earlier.
