Well, a successful day at the Australasian Police and Emergency Services Games.
I had 6 events for the day, won 3 medals and got some good results, which were as follows:

High Jump - 1.25m BRONZE
Shot Put - 5.95m
400m - 1:06.80 GOLD (won my 17.3 seconds!)
Long Jump - 4.10m SILVER
100m - 13.34 4th (season best)
Javelin - 17.65m (season best)

Got another 5 individual and 3 relay events tomorrow. :)

But wait! There's more! :D Yesterday was day 2 of competition. I had 5 individual events, plus 3 relays. In the individual events, I got:

110m Hurdles - 24.73 SILVER
Triple Jump - 7.47m SILVER
800m - 2:54 ish - GOLD
Discus - around 15m
200m - 29.43 - SILVER

In the relays, I teamed up with a few cops from a couple of other states. Our results were:

4x100m - BRONZE
4x200m - GOLD
Swedish - GOLD

So a good meet all round. :)
