"PASS" and "MAID" with no other context are just English words in all caps. You should expand these acronyms so that people know you're talking about asking a doctor to kill you. I only guessed it because of messages you've posted in the past.

Glad to see I'm not the only one.... I was thinking the same....

I was going to post about the time I found an etiquette book from the 1940s
in my grandparents' house that said, "A household maid is within reach of
even the most modest household budget." Or the time my grandfather tried to hire a maid for my grandmother and within a day, grandma had fired her.
