Viagra! No thats not it.... made you look though.

I've got an ASUS Saberooth 990FX board sitting here with an FX8150 cpu in it. It was originally for the boys to use to play a game here and there, but they've shown little to no interest in it since I've moved into the unit.
Only problem I've had with it is that it overheats if you push all 8 cores HARD. Probably related to case as much as anything, the case its in is probably about an 1st ed Imac age case, its got a bright green front to it. With next to no venting on it...

Anyway in the use it or lose it category I think they lost it, so I might
press it into service and see how it goes. At 125w its pretty thirsty but probably no more than the old quad xeon was.

PS: Hard to imagine picking this thing up off the side of the road. But it
was about 3 years ago now.
