Well there we have it.... it's not totally my imagination. Something about Agency polling TLP enables the reverse. TLP is now able to poll you, maybe its
something weird in the versions, I dunno, but I can see the evidence :)

MY next problem, is to have something like semaphore work, at the moment, in particular with you crashing individual messages through, when FD hasn't discovered outbound mail yet, it seems to destroy it. I've asked Joaquim for some kind of solution in the absence of being able to get a registration key.

I s'pose the easiest is to not scan the message base from each BBS node, but to
scan once before polling, on the VM thats running FD, that way the restart makes it scan the folder for outbounds.
