Sounds interesting. If I knew that by running Mystic I could end up living in a forest I'm not sure how I would feel about that :) Guess it all depends on how you feel about the commute to the shops ;-P

Soon as he moves out we're giving up the apartment in the city and moving to the middle of no where. Not totally off grid, just far enough away that we're left alone. I only work 3-4 days a week (12-14 hour
days mind you) so will be renting a room from a friend for those days. (Plus so we have a place to stay in the city)

Where abouts do you plan on having this forest life? My wife and I are planning for our later years, and we are looking at something similar. We're looking at maybe retiring somewhere in Oregon. Finding a tiny house (about 400sqft) on a plot of land, out in the mountains or near a lake or river.

Nice. I am 65. retired and house paid for. You got me to thinking
    about something like that.

Do you ever watch the show Supernatural? Have you ever noticed how nice and lush and inviting the settings are? Watch an episode where they are
somewhere in the woods. The woods alway have tall redwoods or ferns or some nice stream nearby. Thats the kind of place I'd like to retire to.
That show is filmed in British Columbia. I'd prolly like to go and retire in BC, but I don't think Canada lets in too many immigrants. So the next best thing is Washington state, which borders against BC.

But I have family who is in Oregon, so I'll prolly just only go that far
north. I'll definately be in that mountain range tho.
