Don't know if anyone actually pays any attention to them, but would anyone care
to have a look at the [ANSI] Melbourne weather messages from the past couple of days, and see if they display properly?

I've had to play with the script a fair bit, it looks fine inside the BBS, but I see some weird line jumps in the local message base.

Current obs can and do change frequently, especially on more extreme

Generally.. because we love generalisations... they don't change much... depends on where you watch too, its not like theres an "All Melbourne" location... not that I found in the downloadable files anyway. And a lot of the information in the rest of the obs to your average, or perhaps less than average mug punter like me don't mean much :P Unless you're going for the degree in weather watching or something...

PS: its useless using the Frankston obs, they're always blank.

Hmm, OK. I need Bendigo obs, which are in the Northern Country obs

I s'pose I could snarf the hourly obs, I think thats their posted resolution from memory. Mangle that and post it hourly or so also. But thats a lot of posting, is anyone going to look at it, and you could just go to the BOM...

Well I finally found the RaspbiPi Zero, so the webpage with the weather on it looks about as good as its going to get. It has a far nicer out the window
view now. Its actually running off mjpg-streamer so theoretically it ought to be able to stream video, but for the life of me I can't recall how it did
it last time, a snap shot on page load and if you click on the image it streams... will have to keep thinking about that one. But its looking pretty now.
