Enough of the comedy. I need some actual suggestions from anyone/everyone to help me get through the work day needing to wear a face mask.

Invest in a decent mask? The cheaper they are the worse they behave in those respects. See if you can lay hand to one that gives you an exhalation valve,
a bit like the respirators do. You'll only blow hot air out the valve not
into your glasses. They also tend to be easier to breath through...I suspect

































































































































































































































































because the filtration stays dryer also.
