I can see in the BBS CD that there is file called FILES.BBS

If you have a FILES.BBS there is an option in mutil.ini to import files
and get the descriptions from a files.bbs. If those files have a
file_id.diz in them then you can also just import them and the
descriptions will be taken from that.
