I've just hatched talisman v0.36.

This is a very minor release... it contains the fix for binki, that works
with filenames with spaces (which it seemed to work anyway, but at least
now it definitly does - unless you use the old \20 which may or may
not... I didn't test that, since I don't have a mailer that does it)

Also added a talisman.ini option to the main section:

Windows Local Echo = true/false (defaults to true)

This is mostly for tiny, as the outputting to the win32 console was
slowing him down so now it can be toggled on and off. It has no effect on linux, and if you don't add it to talisman.ini it will default to the old behaviour.

Also, win32 version includes openssl 3.0.1. vs 3.0

I hope to find the time and energy to try this stuff. A modern Squish tosser and binkp mailer sounds fun. But then there are also other fun stuff to do and not enough time ...
