Yeah, I don't follow these messages per message. It's just good old fashion etiquette. Especialy in network bases.

Hope it was a good trip. It's been decades since I was in England. Best joke I was told there (and it was recent that Windsor castle had burned) was

Do you know why Windsor Castle burned?
-Smoke alarms were all built by Lucas....

Man that was back in the summer of 1995...

Wouldn't that be neat! Alas the show's village is a mash-up of various places...

An awful lot to do in Cotswolds.

Indeed on the mash-up. As best as I can tell, they use the same large
estate house, shot from different sides and angles, for many of their locations.

I thought it might be neat to visit there until I realized that an awful
lot of people for such a small area seem to wind up dead and, a lot of
times, it is the person who is "just passing through!" :D

I have half-wondered if the final episode of the show will reveal that it
was the good Father who was responsible for most of the crimes all along!

My wife loves British murder mysteries and dramas, I bought her a map
showing all of the settings of British TV shows:

There are a lot of similar shows filmed in that general area.

Some is that places are quite photogenic.

The other is that it easy access from the London studios.

    What a neat map!

Years back I would drink in a private club with some of the Corenation Street actors, as the club was run by their studio.

At the risk of dating myself, there was often a distraction bigger than the actors, when then Newsreader Samantha Fox would be there.

Forgot about all that until I was looking at the map.
