Does anyone have any information on how to load a program that is not in the list?

You may also launch the program from the terminal and read its output in order
to find out if there is any issue with it:
$ wine /path/to/program/exe/file
Also look the program up in the wine database
https://appdb.winehq.org/
I tried both already. If you want to have some fun, you can download the program at:

It's an old Microsoft program that I use to design web sites. Maybe you can make it
work?

I don't have a Wine instance right here (I am running OpenBSD).
If it is an old program, then something worth trying is to configure
your Wine to run in compatibility mode set for the Windows version that program was designed to run on. Try with winecfg and play a bit with the configuration.
